These terms describe the conditions for using the KINEX website at kinex.stitchverse.net, operated by Stitchverse. By using this site, a visitor agrees to the terms below.

What this site is

KINEX is a private B2B movement licensing marketplace for choreographic works. The site presents the marketplace, selected works and records, and two ways to get in touch. The institution page carries an application for founding cohort pre-access. The choreographer page carries the application for KINEX Verified admission, which is open now and runs through the seven-stage audit. Licensing opens in 2027 and has not started. There are no accounts, no payments, and no transactions on this site.

No offer and no license

Nothing on this site is an offer, a license, or a promise of either. Descriptions of works, records, and the catalog are informational. Any future license will exist only under a separate written agreement signed by the rights holder and the licensee. Rates and terms are set in those agreements and are not published on this site.

Intellectual property

The choreography, records, footage, images, text, and marks shown on this site belong to their respective rights holders, to KINEX, or to DANCA Media. Viewing this site grants no rights in any work shown. No part of the site may be copied, recorded, redistributed, or used to train any system, except as the law allows or a rights holder agrees in writing. The KINEX name and lockup, the DANCA Media name, and the Stitchverse name are marks of their owners.

All rights to use this site's content and outputs for artificial intelligence training are reserved. Nothing on this site is licensed for AI training. Choreography enters AI training only under a written license arranged through KINEX, with the consent of the choreographer and of every performer in the work.

Mirror session sheet

You may save the session sheet from your own Mirror session and share it for personal use. A Mirror session sheet is a demonstration artifact. It is not a LENS record, it is not a measurement, and it confers no certification, and it must not be presented as any of those. If anyone else appears in a session, you are responsible for having their permission to share the sheet. A Mirror session produces only the session sheet: it is made on your device, it is stamped as a demonstration, and KINEX stores nothing from the session. The sheet carries no audio, and it includes no part of "Another One" by Blacka Di Danca, DJ Crooks, and Clayton William, or of any other recording. The KINEX name and marks in a sheet remain the property of KINEX.

Form submissions

Submitting the institution application is an inquiry and a request for review. It creates no partnership, no cohort place, no admission, and no agreement. Submitting the choreographer form is an application for admission into the audit. It is not a request for certification, and it creates no listing, no place in any cohort, and no agreement. Admission, where it is granted, proceeds under separate written terms. Every eligibility output of the audit is an advisory assessment, not a legal determination. Music is never part of a movement license, and no KINEX license grants or assumes synchronization rights in any recording or composition. Information you submit must be accurate and your own to share. How submitted information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Visitors may view the site for its intended purpose. Visitors may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its database, submit false or automated form entries, interfere with the operation of the site, scrape the site at scale, or use the site or its contents for any unlawful purpose. Form entries submitted by automated means may be discarded without notice.

Do not use an automated system to extract this site's content, media, records, or outputs in bulk, whether or not the extraction is at scale.

Do not reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to reconstruct the KINEX audit or sealing methods, and do not attempt to reproduce a sealed record or either seal.

Do not use this site, its content, or anything it produces to train, build, or improve a competing system or model.

Links and third party services

This site links to other websites and relies on service providers for hosting, fonts, and form storage. We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites. Following a link is at the visitor's own discretion.

No warranties

The site and its contents are provided as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or current at every moment. Works and opening plans described on the site may change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, KINEX and DANCA Media will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
